Just got word from the jungle.
Seems like there is a person that owns more then 10% of the company stock he acquired for being an investor and he has been selling his holdings off beyond the allowable amount of 1% per quarter. Its all spelled out in the quarterly filing. He has to stop or face the sec action. That means the stock is free to seek higher levels and I have no doubt that is exactly what will happen.
To me that represents a huge buying opportunity.
