$PSGR.. Sunday, January 24, 2015. At approximately 12:45 PM I sent yet another e-mail to Pershing Resources that reflected shareholder dissatisfaction with Pershing's failure to provide information. I noted that a response by release of Pershing Information was expected within 3 days. I am not holding my breath. For those of you who have stated that you are contacting specific State and/or Federal authorities about the conduct of Pershing Resources, please make certain your documents are accurate and timely. Also please keep this board (and others) current with the status and any responses.
