Bottom line, whoever he is, he really hasn't had much of an affect on the PPS. It'll hold here regardless of what he posts. It'll move hard when they file no matter how much he and his pests flail away. His posting is meanlingless to HJOE success in so far as his repetitive rant won't affect their brand spread. What it will do is give HJOE plenty of ammo if they wish to go after him or anyone else for libel, tortious interference, or anything else they may throw at them.
