For me #2 is by far the most important unless they were to come out and say in plain English revenues are more than covering expenses and the existing debt but I do not believe we will reach that point until UF is close to 1M subs. Maybe we are 1/3 there. We can also get a good read on the subs when the financials are released mid Feb.

The # 1 problem for SH has always been the company debt, dilution, and repeated A/S raises. The company needs to be straight with their SH as to their progress on this front. This is especially true since MGT has already stated the debt is a problem that needs to be resolved.
