The short answer is: Roy Meadows is the guy that helped them go public. He has experience in getting companies public. The long answer is a little more complicated.
From the looks of the qrtly disclosure, it looks like he is selling his common shares to offset the preferred "C"s they gave him. He may end up with 4.9% ownership with a restriction on share selling.
