the share price had dropped dramatically because of past toxic debt and dilution also that brings shorters,I do believe we will see penny I can't say a certain date but I truly do believe,I'm long so I'm not worried at all.also remember 8k Saudi Arabia can't be touch for 2years,so many things are pointing to a BUYOUT,just my opinion. UAE and Saudi Arabia are buying land that provides water,what makes BRWC any different it's not.
