BRWC- My thoughts about what I see coming....
1) Francine did Match the Offer to Purchaser with the Intention to sell it to the Arabs....
2) Do not know myself how many time the Value "Commercials Property" sell for but I am sure Francine is well aware....and she will "Maximise" based on the Water Future Need....
3) All the talking about R/S and Financials....are Irrelevant...Francine is selling the Property not the shares...
4) Future looks Positive for the Investors
All of this IMO
