They wold have to convince the websites to go against the Electronic Communications Privacy Act. After that, convince the brokers to go against the Privacy of Consumer Financial Information Act. After that, go after each shareholder.
On top of that, they are basing all their case with SEC's standard divy rules. And the claim is against CRGP
