What do you mean, "if"? hahaha no really, their big claim is that the drugs "can't" work and Leo and Menon knew it. Oh yeah? The Mayo Clinic begs to differ. So does Dana-Farber.
NO ONE could possibly think that people invested in this company solely on the basis of stuff from years ago in Menon's biography, which the company corrected. The suit is frivolous, and my hope is that the judge not only throws it out but sanctions Rosen. Then I want CTIX to sue Rosen and Mako for their malicious actions.
