Question for the board.....I'm still on the outside here, but this disclosure helps my DD and why I haven't moved yet....
So the O/S went up about 60 million shares in about 60 trading days from Oct thru Dec ( or about 1 million shares per day )
The 90 day volume avg is 1.7 mil ??
Quick math says this is a substantial amount of that daily action.....My question is Why?
I can't find any info that shows production run in that time frame or any other capital outlay that would require that kind of dilution.....let alone that kind of shedding of shares while the stock dropped from .09 on Oct 1st?
Any thoughts???
