They OBVIOUSLY DO HAVE the information. .. Well, it is obvious to me,
if to no one else at this Board. .. So to my tiny brain, the question is this :

IS THE INFORMATION TOO BAD TO RELEASE ?

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . OR

IS THE INFORMATION TOO GOOD TO RELEASE ?


If it is too BAD to release, well I get that. ... People hate bad news - - -
giving it or receiving it.


If the information is too GOOD to release, I get that too. ... WITHHOLD
the good information - - and this will give the connected insiders time
to scoop up sufficient shares on the cheap, to earn an illegal profit .


Why not ? ..... We already know the character of the Managers(?) who
manage(?) .Pershing Resources ... And it ain't "good" character .
