They suspend plenty of pink companies, but usually for questionable PRs and misinformation within them. HJOE won't be up against a filing hit for another year. I know the detractors have been posting and saying by March they'll be suspended, but that's a crock of shit and part of their playbook. I believe, as well as the company themselves, that they will be informed first of the delinquency and given a timeline to file. Perhaps they're already all over it and know what their timelines are. Would make sense, wouldn't it.
