Point 1: Why should George partner with another company, even with DOE money, to develop a product that he has already developed?
Point 2: George knows that he has damaged his credibility in the past by prematurely releasing PRs that turned out to be dependent on the delivery of parts. His suppliers let him down and he made no public complaint about it even after receiving all the negative feedback letters he must have gotten from hundreds stockholders, including me.
He said in his Jan 15th PR "We expect to be able to effect delivery this month.”
After having received payment in full, I believe delivery is a certainty.
I believe he will come through this time. Have a little faith and stay long.
