There is no upfront payment of $20 million. Once OvaDx is approved (2 years from now) it could very well take over the $2 billion market. 2. Years. From. Now.
You "believe ADVX is in talks to receive a substantial sum of upfront cash to license OvaDX." Nobody's paying a substantial amount of money a full two years ahead of time on a diagnostic. If they were, we would have partners for Lympro and MSPrecise already.
