I saw you posted this on ihub as well with your skier alias. A couple things.
1. OvaDx is not a drug. It is a diagnostic blood test.
2. GC did not sell Amarantus Diagnostics to ADVX. We have entered into an LOI to merge diagnostics.
3. OvaDx is close to two years away from FDA approval. Can it be used before hand? Yes. Will it be considered the gold standard test used by everyone prior to getting FDA approval? Absolutely not. There will not be A LOT of upfront cash as you state.
This deal is good long term as long is OvaDx ends up being a winner. Short term this means nothing as a deal will not be closed until Q2. AMBS needs cash or non dilutive funding NOW. Nothing will reverse the course of the share price until the toxics are gone.
