Here is something interesting regarding the "Verified Return of Service" document that MVP_Stocks posted early this morning (I was going to post this when I read this but then he put out a beautiful post saying he was going to shut up for awhile on the BCAP board and I didn't want to stop him from doing that!):

1.  Ralph Robinson didn't sign the doc (made me initially suspicious)

2.  No stamp from Broward County

3.  Ralph Robinson is not a registered process server as far as I am aware:

I tried searching both sites and was unable to find Ralph Robinson as a registered process server.

4.  Here is the kicker, the s.p.s. number 1264 (found under Robinson's name), which I am assuming is uniquely assigned to process servers belongs to "John Davie" of Broward County where Robinson supposedly should be registered:

Just scroll down to find John Davie and you will see the s.p.s. number 1264 assigned to him.  I researched the company PI Services and they appear legit so maybe someone should call and find out if Robinson works there.
