I AM DISCOURAGED .
The only task left before me by these ( insert invective here ) is to
decide if their intransigent failure to deliver is the result of .. MIND-
NUMBING INCOMPETENCE .. or .. BALD-FACED-LYING ?
A lot of work to decide because there is so very much evidence for
either conclusion
