Reality is the Valuation, Market Cap all suggest $ value...can it go there hard to say. Some arguing about whether the commons are done. imo based on my readings to me it looks like the Liquidation portion if the BK did not occur because the major Creditors signed an agreement to extend $1.6b in debt...if as the 8-K suggests "Business as usual, and business has not been hurt" then I feel we can make decent strides in price per share...hope thus helps.
