The Fed can't cover this one, and they never should have. Let the free market work. This is just what happens when large populations go into their generational Winter phase. This will be larger and more painful because of QE and commodities being in a Winter cycle as well. Buy and hold is not going to work like it has anymore. There will be plenty of opportunity but one will have to be nimble.
