Just factor in three huge economic issues: QE eventual wake up is here with the oil industry (Frackers in debt w/ Saudi A vowed to crush them) and the Baby Boomers no longer spending and moving the economy forward. Frackers default, their banks collapse, real estate does the same, and the Boomers are no longer spending on anything but cruises, and rest homes. Tough times are already here and they are going to get worse.
