The Control f feature asking for NTEK didn't give me a result.
Continuously appearing on that list isn't proof of a huge naked short population, but where there is smoke there is fire. It means that they start out as naked.
Some of the naked short sales will ultimately be solved with a borrow; but Alan recently released an article about Goldman Sachs bullshit borrow verification practices that make that look flimsy. Who knows how many naked short shares continue to exist that are not on the list only because of a fraudulent borrow process.
Why short sales are not subject to reporting? regulatory capture, lots of financial power in Panem (i mean Washington DC, sorry)
I tend to agree with Alan, especially after reading of GS flimsy business practices regarding borrowing shares. I think that we have 2.5M+ shares and fake shares trading daily.
