The original IPO was withdrawn a year ago. Company filed for the new IPO pretty much right away - back in January of 2015, see the filings on Edgar.

S-1 was approved by SEC on 4/29/2015 and Canwealth's filing was officially declared Effective.
Since then Canwealth is in process of filing for listing with FINRA. This has been going back and forth for a few months now. Canwealth provided FINRA with all the necessary documents. amended a few things in their filings and is now in the bottom of the 9th inning (or so we hope) .
When FINRA gives us a green light for listing on stock exchange we will start the listing process itself with our MM and subsequently start trading publicly.
