The guys at the bottom of the letter that CJ posted to the board. I couldn't find anything on the web about them, but they're from Brooklyn, NY, thus the request for extension with out of jurisdiction lawyer. A counter claim would be an aggressive move by HJOE.
Speculation only: They go to mediation on May 3rd and the judge asks about settlement and HJOE offers the cash settlement amount. They say no, we want shares and the judge denies shares and allows for full cash amount payment plus interest. Toxic loan gone. I hope it falls that way.
