The only thing that I can think of is that the DX assets just weren't getting the interest that they were hoping for and not progressing and fast as they had hoped.
The costs were putting a big drag on the company and the BP's were simply not knocking on our door, either for new trials or as some kind of JV.
Maybe this was just a way to get it off the books and hope for the best with the 80mil shares.
Perhaps they realized that they need to focas all their resources on ESS, MANF and maybe ELTO.
Time will tell.
