I am still in shock that this merger with a penny stock with one employee and no revenue is what we got after waiting for how long??? This has been a carrot that Gerald has dangled for months and months. DX Transaction, Spin off, sale of one or more assetts, or merger. They have been working on the best solution and weighing many possible options and this is what we get??? Other than a few pump tweats right before the shareholders voted we have heard nothing from Gerald.
