Interesting to see that ETrade is the only one providing those numbers.
My theory is that "somebody" converted and dumped the Minerales Consolidados $2 mil note without any approval from the company. Calissio Industrias lost control of the company and "big shortie" was able to cover.
That "somebody" is Etrade or an entity very close to ETrade. The "big shortie" is ETrade.
It took four months for ETrade to pay the divy because they didn't want to pay shareholders who bought their shorts. ETrade shorted before 8/19 and the covering happened when the suspension was lifted.
Not sure if Calissio recovered control after the covering.
