For what it's worth, I bought all my shares of TPAC based on 3 planned deliverables and none of them was getting even a dime from Boeing.
I was sold based on:
- The planned acquisition which will create instant revenue and improve share price (which in turn helps with capital)
- Joint Venture with AVIC (Harbin is out, that fell through last year)
- Direct sales from TPAC to customers in China (not going through a JV).
based on that (and the character of the CEO) I bought a fair amount of the stock. I believe it will be worth holding on to in the future as a core holding and that the movement now is really described best by Winston Churchill:
"Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning."
