BGL has never produced a single Canadian dollar of revenue. Therefore, they have to resort to a Reverse Stock Split to get funds to survive. I agree with you. Stock price will get beaten down after the split....it has to....there are no revenues.
...it will be conducting a share consolidation in order to continue to raise equity financing for its exploration programs and general working capital requirements.
