I believe Leo is looking for big bucks. In the past if I recall correctly he was asked what these drugs are worth. He said B wouldn't take less than $5 billion. K $15 billion. He is not looking for $10 per share or anything like that.

He will wait as long as he possibly can to maximize value for all of us. I doubt he makes any partnership with B until he has a NDA in his hand.
