That's possible if some BIG HOLDERS of those NTGL shares
from insiders are willing to exchange them to pay
off NTEK DEBT. Those insiders then might get something
of value from NTEK.
The rest of the NTGL shares are marked for distribution
to NTEK shareholders of record back on Feb 2015.
