because i am banned from posting ihub tpac at the moment, here is proof from timken representative that there was in fact an order:
"We are aware of the recent TPAC release but do not agree with the content of the release. Although we placed a small order (under $9K) with TPAC over a year ago to test their product, the parts were never shipped and the order was subsequently cancelled"
