Baltia Airlines From Final Approach to Holding Pattern
For Immediate Release – Accredited Media Outlets Only
18 January 2016
VIA WIRE
Baltia Airline’s endeavor to obtain FAA certification and to become “America’s Newest Airline” is an unbelievable tale beginning with the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1989. Baltia’s existence is rooted in the ambitious dreams of recently deceased founder Igor Dimotrosky and his desire to open a route to Moscow and St. Petersburg. It is a tale of a start-up airline fighting a twenty-five year demoralizing struggle with a corrupt FAA air carrier certification process, intentional delay, mismanagement, incompetence, fraud and sabotage. It is a story of embezzlement by former Baltia employees, vindictive attempts to manipulate share prices, deliberate attempts to drain its financial resources and a “pay to play” attitude exhibited by some FAA inspectors.
Baltia’s struggle with the FAA is well known and well documented.
Less known is the story of the legions of loyal Baltia shareholders whose drive and determination are shaping Baltia’s fight with the corrupt culture of the airline certification process. A process that if left unchecked is a threat to governmental oversight and regulation and will ultimately compromise passenger safety
Several Key Points
- Documented Misconduct by former Baltia employees.
- Documented Misconduct by FAA Inspectors
- Share Manipulation.
- Intentional Delay in Certification Process
- Documented history of Evacuation Slide Failure.
- Documented misleading statements by FAA
- Documented Pay to Play Scheme by FAA Inspectors
Open for Inquiry – Entire Release and Documentation available for verification and publication
