Correct. This will be a year of growth & I am sure we will see the price per share move up w/ or w/o the R/S.
Did I mention that in the CC it was reported that the company is under 600k in debt? With 2015 3Q assets of $777,365 this gives the stock an Liabilities / Asset ratio of 0.77, this ratio is now less than 1 so this is very good..
I anticipate the company to retain gross profits between 55-60% of combined net revenues for both mines. So if the company is bringing in 1.7 million each fiscal quarter, I estimate we will see around 983k in profit. Pretty good if you ask me, and gives Joel plenty of capital to rapidly expand the company & to retire shares in the future.
