They are definitely all out today bashing..... I truly don't believe we the shareholders will suffer any more repercussions from COR regarding the dividend and I think they are just out beating bushes looking for someone to blame and get money from. I don't think they will prevail on that matter, with the possible exception of some monetary judgement because of the default. First of all because of their incompetence and secondly because they are in the wrong. They didn't understand the rules and they should have, that's why their account was debited by the DTC.

Finding out what ETrade and the mad hatters at IHUB's role in the whole thing should prove interesting.
