$TXHD and Jonas are working together as per the PR today. There are two contact phone numbers at the bottom of the PR. If Anyone has any doubts they can call either Jonas or TXHD and ask questions. After the 10Q is filed I would expect to see a news release from TXHD on this deal as well.
