Check the assay for keystone on otcmarkets, the 1's&2's of 'shaft ore' average over 1 ounce per ton / OPT. If i'm not mistaken, Joel has mentioned previously that there are at least 30,000 tons of this ore on site available to process.
Real growth is in Ghana, I agree. .60 grams per ton isn't bad. Mining costs average around %27.30 from my calculations based off MNGG's twitter on last Ghana gold sale & what the net revenue of that sale was.. That cost percentage is bound to increase some, as the 3 excavator rentals is going to cost $45k per month. But in return there will be 2 excavators digging and 1 / 2 excavators processing.
