There is no reason to go to the website at all when there are no specials to buy.
You do not add new movies from the website, or do anything that you can't do from the app or on Roku, except watch previews. So while Alexa ratings may hold some indication as to brand new eyeballs, I dont know how much it reflects rate of rentals or time spent on Ultraflix app.
