Can resolutions as crooked as this one can be accepted by a transfer agent?
First, suppose the document was really presented in August 21 and Minerales Consolidados was really the majority shareholder.
One error. On the 2nd paragraph it mentions an increase of 1,975,000 from 1,500,000,000 to 3,500,000,000. An increment of almost 2 million in one side results in an increment of exactly 2 billion in the other side.
Another error: In the first paragraph it mentions they have 350,000,000. In the signature it has 300,500,000.
