If I am reading the above excerpt correctly, we have a B.Sc and a
Geologist, conducting a test phase - - and REPORTING RESULTS .
Nary a PhD in sight, and yet Actual Work is Being Done !
Seriously, don't you need a PhD to write a report ? . . . Oh, wait. . . . .
