I don't buy it. I have dealt with various enforcement and investigations are kept in confidence. You basically are compromising that so called investigation by mentioning it. I very much doubt what you are saying. You are providing an opportunity for someone to destroy evidence, to hide evidence, to flee. Sorry, I call bs on that.
