RGIN doesn't have the funding to take this to market.
It will take 5-8 years to get it there.
If they can get it to market in record time and under the 5 year wire, AMBS can exercise the option for $10M. A bargain if it becomes a $2b product.
Keep in mind RGIN likely will have invested a multiple of that ($10m) to get to market.
In the 5-8 years RGIN takes to move the product to market, AMBS will be on version ESS 4.0
