Not sure what can be done until all of the lawsuits are over and done with. No telling how much money APT is having to pay for these suits and now there is three with more to come. Best bet is to await the outcome or you buy MTVX, pay off their debt, keep Motopeds since that's about all there is, reduce the share structure and communicate with shareholders.
