Jacknjillio I would argue that the company is doing exactly as you state and that is taking care of its obligations to its shareholders. Anyone can search thru the otc and find many companies that have diluted their shares did a RS and the diluted their shares again. TBEV would be one example of that. Would shareholders prefer that they file and let KBM convert, then end up having to do a RS to allow for all the conversions?? Do shareholders believe that hjoe has offered to settle this debt in cash ? I say let the courts decide, then we will see
