According to CG, Tom Witthuhn was fired because he couldn't get the SEC required reports filed on time. I guess we will see how that situation plays out when filings become due.!?
CGA History.... Incorporated 2007 under the name Fluid Solutions. Changed its name to Gold Standard Mining Corp, then changed its name to J.D. Hutt Corp. (OTC JABA...Jaba the Hutt...cute) and again changed its name to what is now Code Green Apparel.
I'm always cautious of companies that change their name once but operating under four different names makes me very curious.
Sometimes taking a hissyfit is good for my overall well-being.
I hear that the fox is now in charge of the iH hen house.
