I couldn't disagree more with pretty much everything. We are trading sub-penny because we are a pink sheet stock plain and simple, just like we were trading at .17 a couple years ago. PPS has no rhyme or reason here.

While the company has not always come through on the when of what they promised they always come through eventually. Do you know why there was no proxy? or the reason for anything else you are complaining about? I don't either. Like I have said a million times here, we are a pinky, we don't make the rules, the larger companies we are so fortunate to work with do. They have more than come through the past couple of years. Look at what the company has done. Would anyone here think we'd be trading were we are now a couple of years ago if you knew of all the progressions that would happen? I would have thought we'd be .30 pps now.
