Anybody notice that Prurisol is strangely missing from any claims in the Rosen amended complaint? ? ? ?
Finally reading it. Breathtaking in its misstatements.
What really got me was the part about the ovarian cancer patient who dropped out of the trial because of her CA-125 test results, against the wishes of CTIX. As should be well known to anyone who does the most minimal of research on the CA-125 marker, CA-125 levels can fluctuate and are not necessarily indicative of the stage of the cancer. For Rosen to say that the patient's higher levels showed that "the cancer had returned" when in fact NO ONE said it was in remission is indeed breathtaking in its blatant lie. This was a Stage 4 TERMINAL cancer patient and the amazing thing was that Kevetrin seems to have made her feel better (remember how she was able to go on a hike with her family) although no one ever expected this to "cure" her -- she was a terminal patient, in a clinical trial for safety, not efficacy. UFB that they have the gall to put something like this in writing.
