Yes I believe insiders are definitely buying but through the filings you can see that they have been accruing for a while and MAXM just recently showed up.
If they announced a buyback the price would go up and it would be more difficult to buy them back. Here's why I think it is a possibility:
1. It's cheaper at these prices to buy back the shares than it would have been to pay off the notes.
2. I bet there was a payment from the f500 company if the deal has already been closed
3. It would make an uplisting easier with a smaller OS and higher share price thus making a smaller RS necessary.
4. All those insiders are shareholders like us, they want to maximize value.
5. In pinky land there is very little regulation lol
I could be way off here, jmo.
