Hell, give me one weekend, free room and board, a white board and some markers, and I'll give 'm a good old fashioned business development schooling... Vision, Mission, Strategy, Objectives, and Measures of Success. Chances are it will be a waste of time, though. I raised this same point several years ago and we've yet to see anything that resembles a business plan. Therefore, why should we expect any filings either?
