Agreed! Abusive naked shorting is criminal and those making a practice of it need to be prosecuted. That applies to regulators who wink and look the other way as well. Trillions have been stolen from honest hard working folks in order to line the pockets of these criminals. NTGL is a good example. Many companies have been bankrupted as a result. Damn shame.
