Notice the "and the PLAINTIFF" in Leo's PR talking about pursuing other legal action and requests for sanctions against Rosen?
People think they can just sign on to these things with impunity. I'd LOVE it if we could make an example of this so-called "plaintiff" with his purported $6,000 loss. Maybe future "plaintiffs" won't be so anxious to sign on if they know they could lose their house and savings for being pawns of ambulance chasers and short cabals.
Of course the best way to show the magnitude of the lies spewed by Rosen would be if CTIX can release some good test results and the stock zooms. Kind of make the claims against us moot, wouldn't it?
